The City of the Hills Festival, presented by CANO, celebrates the arts and community in vibrant downtown Oneonta, NY! Nestled along the Susquehanna River in the foothills of the Catskill Mountains, Oneonta was named a Top-10 Arts-Vibrant Micropolitan Community of America just prior to the pandemic. 

2026's festival returns to Main Street Saturday,September 19 & Sunday, September 20, noon-5pm. 

Artist workshops, music, children’s activities, augmented reality art destinations and downtown art walk, face painting, drag, belly dancing, artist/maker/vintage vendors, food trucks and so much more.
