Sunday February 28, 1-4pm (noon entrance for CANO Members only)
Tickets for sale the day of the event only at the Art Studio located behind the Wilber Mansion.

This year we are adding a cornbread competition too! Please note that the Department of Health does
not permit home chefs. All food must be prepared
in a licensed, professional kitchen.
Each contestant must:
-
provide 15 quarts of hot chili (in a crockpot
or chafing dish) and enter NO MORE than 3 chilis. Registration is required- do not show up
at the event without registering by Feb. 25.

serve or designate a person to serve chili
from noon-4 PM on February 28

set up and be ready to serve by noon

clean up your station after the event and stay until your chili is gone or 4pm
-
provide 40 bite sized servings of cornbread (if entering cornbread)
-
pay 1 entry fee per chili/cornbread entered
(you may pay to enter up to 3 chilis only)
